Canards des Monts inc., is an agricultural business specialized in the production and sale of one day old mulard ducklings.
Founded in 2013 by 4 farmers: Serge Delaunay, Jean-Luc Delaunay, Pascal Fleury et Francette Fleury, who combined their knowledge and expertise. Thay have been working in the duck industry, particularly mulard ducks. Jean Luc and Serge are specialized in breeding, Pascal and Francette in maturing and comercialization.
The reproduction farm is launched in 2014 in Ste-Hélène-de-Bagot, with the collaboration of Orvia, using their performant strain in mulard ducklings. The hatchery, under federal inspection, opens in 2016.
